Hello again
Hi foodlovers.
I've had a VERY long break posting anything on my blog, 1. because I've been doing a job in Australia's capital (Canberra) for the last three years that has taken absolutely all my time away from writing and publishing, and 2. because I forgot/ mislaid/ destroyed/ who knows what, my old email address and passwords to get into my blog.
But by chance I found them today. Hooray!
Firstly I want to thank everyone who has contributed comments to my recipe for slow roasted pork belly. There were about 50 and they are all now published. I apologise for the delay. And thank you for all the other comments on other recipes too, also now published.
Secondly, now I have my access back, and with a little getting-back-on-the-bike skill enhancement for blogging 101, I'm going to start back with the posts and immense backlog of recipes I've been collecting.
Stay tuned, and I'll be back around the block commenting on all your fantastic posts too.
